ANSI B16.9 A234 Wp11 Cl1/Cl2 Alloy Bw Fitting Tee

This specification covers wrought carbon steel and alloy steel fittings of seamless and welded construction.
These fittings are for use in pressure piping and in pressure vessel fabrication for service at moderate and elevated temperatures.

ASTM A234 specification has many grades, such as WPB, WPC, WP5, WP9 WP11, WP12, WP22, WP91 and so on.

ASTM A234 WP11 Fittings is highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion. The A234 WP11 is a grading of the A234 material. The A234 WP11 Fittings are manufactured from a single piece of alloy material and therefore cannot be supported with porosity. They are highly resistant to crevice corrosion attack, pitting corrosion, corrosion stress cracking and acidity. These are used in especially high pressure applications. The A234 WP11 material is used to produce many different products. Among the ASTM A234 WP11 products, the ASTM A234 Gr WP11 Fittings are the most common. The pipe fittings are components used in piping to onnect different fittings or pipes together.
