EN10216-2 P235GH TC1 1.0345 Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe 

EN 10216-2 P235GH is an European specified steel for use in boilers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels. It is heat-resistant non-alloy quality steel for application in steam boiler and pressure vessel construction. The application maximum temperature is approx. 400 °C.
Mechanical Properties:
Tensile Strength b350~480 MPa; Yield Stength s≥215 MPa; Enlogation 5≥ 25% ;Impact test Akv≥47 J;Hardness ≤105~140 HB100 /3000.
Chemical Composition(% ) :
 ≤0.16 C;≤0.35 Si;0.60~1.20 Mn;≤0.025 P;≤0.010 S;≤0.30 Cr;≤0.30 Ni;≤0.30 Cu;≤0.08 Mo;≤0.02 V;≤0.02 Nb;≤0.012 N;≤0.020 Al;≤0.03 Ti.
Heat treatment: hot rolled 1100~850 ºC;annealed 890~950 ºC;Normalized 520~580 ºC.
The EN 10216-2 Pipe Dimensions:
10.2mm to 711mm in outer diameters. The wall thicknesses of the pipes range from 1.6mm to 100mm. the schedules range from sch5 through XXS.
