Sanitary Fittings Process:

Welding tube fittings we offer are made of stainless steel tubing after cutting, then forming the tube by molding machine. For unique structure fittings or larger diameter tube fittings, we need to re-shape after cold forming, so the manufacturing cost is higher than others.

The Surface Condition of Sanitary Tube Fittings:

After cold forming, the tube ends need to machining, and the inner and outer surfaces should be polished in accordance with customer requirements. As the tube thickness is thin, if deformed happened, we probably need to be shaping again.

Heat Treatment is Necessary for Sanitary Fittings?

For sanitary fittings, heat treatment is not necessary. But it can be thermally processed at request of the guests, especially for the production of stainless steel seamless pipe sanitary fittings. And there is a higher heat treatment of sanitary fittings usually prices.

Final Inspection of Stainless Steel Sanitary Fittings

After finishing tube fittings production, we will be made final examination for the dimension and surface conditions and PMI confirmation. Then the sanitary tube fittings make ultrasonic cleaning and packaging.
