This makes them ideal for use in extreme environments requiring high-temperature resistance, such as power plants or oil refineries. They are also used in chemical processing equipment due to their corrosion resistance properties, allowing them to be exposed to corrosive substances without being damaged or corroded through time. Furthermore, Nickel 800HT Pipe Fittings have excellent mechanical properties, so they can handle higher pressures than other materials without deforming or becoming brittle over time. Application in seawater, chemical, and pharmaceutical equipment.

Difference between Incoloy 800 and Incoloy 800H
Incoloy 800 and Incoloy 800H are nickel-chromium-iron alloys with excellent high-temperature strength & corrosion resistance. The main difference between the two is their carbon content. Incoloy 800H has a higher carbon content than Incoloy 800, which makes it more suitable for high-temperature applications also Incoloy 800 is typically used in temperatures up to 1100°C, while Incoloy 800H can be used in temperatures up to 1150°C.
