A249 316 316L stainless steel tube is applied for boiler, heat exchanger, condenser equipment, stainless steel 316/316L is excellent corrosion resistance.
ASTM A249 welded tubes shall be longitudinally welded by TIG welding or by high frequency induction welding without addition of filler materials, tubes after welding shall be cold drawn and annealed to produce fine dimensioal tolerance, uniform grain structure and maximum corrosion resistance, tubes shall be suitable for expanding in to fixed tube plates for heat exchanger system , tube ends in plain square cut and smooth ends, surface treatment should be pickling and passivated, if required, bright annealing finishing is available.
