B16.9 WP304/L Butt Weld Fitting Elbow 

Stainless Steel 304 Buttweld Fittings are made up of a basic austenitic stainless steel material that has 18% chromium and 8% nickel in its composition. This composition provides the material with strength and corrosion resistance. The material composition includes carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur and nitrogen in addition to the chromium and nickel basement.

The different types of fittings are used for different types of applications. The ASTM A403 WP 304 Pipe Elbow is a fitting that is used to change the direction of a pipe either by 45 degrees angle or by 90 degrees angle by default. There are specific types of elbows and dimensions such as long radius elbows and short radius elbows. The Stainless Steel 304 Pipe Fittings are also strong. They have 205MPa minimum yield strength and 515MPa minimum tensile strength. The fittings are also hard with a Brinell hardness sore of 210HB maximum. These can also operate under very high temperatures up to 870 degrees Celsius.
