4. Manufacture process: Cold draw or Cold roll, Annealed&Pickled
5. Testing:
A. Visual and Dimension Check, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Eddy Current Test or Hydrostatic Test in accordance to specification A999/A999 M.
B. Ultrasonic test can be done by customer's request.
C. Mechanical Property test of Tensile Strength, Yielding Point, Elongation and Flattening test by Mechanical Test Machine and Hardness by Rockwell test.
6. Polished: 400 grit polish, 600 grit polish ETC
7. Length: 3-13 meters Specificed or Random.
8. Marking: each pipe should be stenciled pipe standard, material, size, and heat no.
9.Packing:
A. with plastic cap to protect both ends
B. plastic bag wrapped outside the pipe
C. bundles to be covered by polythene & strapped securely
D. If require, then pack into wooden box.
10. Delivery time: 30-60 days depend on Quantity.
