Enameled Seamless Steel Tube SA192 For Air Preheater

Enamel coating is porcelain or glass based thin layer applied to protect metal surface from corrosion chemicals, physical damages and other agressive components. Enamel is made by fusing of powdered glass to a substrate by firing at temperature 750-850 C.
Enamel coating is considered to be one of cheapest and effective method of steel pipelines coating. Enameled steel pipes and fittings applied for hot and cold water supply are chemical resistant to almost any agressive environment, heat-resisting, heavy duty. Moreover enameled pipes are not exposed to scales.
Enameled pipes, elbows, reducers, tees in accordance with BS EN ISO 11177:2016 for hot and cold water supply systems with operating temperature up to 95 °С and tubing pressure 2.0 MPa. Moreover enameled pipes oil-gas pipelines and other pipelines transmitting petroleum gas with 30% concentrated hydrogen sulphide, saline discharges with  рН 3. Enameled pipes can be also applied for transportation of carbon dioxide, chlorides and other agressive components.
