ASTM A234 is the standard of pipe fittings material ,it indicates the materials properties of different kinds of carbon steel and alloy steel, ASTM A234 WPC is made from A106 Gr.C seamless Pipes which is a common material used for power plant  High Temperature Service.
WPC has a higher carbon element, higher tensile and higher yield strength than WPB,
Tee is a connection of three pipes or other fittings, equal tee has three same dimensions, while reducing tee has one smaller outlet.
