DIN 28115 long neck welding flanges are shaped like a slip on flange with a piece of pipe already attached but areformed and machined in a one-piece construction. They are often used in vessel manufacturing, petroleum and chemical industries,residential and commercial buildings where fluctuating temperatures and high stress are expected, such as a main water or gas source. DIN 28115 stainless steel long neck welding flanges are indicated here with nominal pressure PN10 and PN25.
