The Incoloy 825 Slip On Flanges are used in precision applications along with seamless pipes. The material of the flanges has high density and 1400 degrees Celsius melting point. The specification for the flanges of this grade of material is the ASTM B564 and the standards vary as ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 series A and B, and other international standards as well. The Inconel 825 Long weld neck is a weld neck flange with a long neck. This type of design helps to hold larger pipe sizes in place during welding. The flanges range from ½ inches to 60 inches with various wall thicknesses. Depending on the flange dimensions the pressure classes of the DIN 2.4858 Socket Weld Flanges and others vary from class 150 to class2500. There are PN16 through PN64 pressure numbers associated with the pressure classes as well.
