En10216-2 10CrMo9-10 T22 P22 Alloy Steel Tube Seamless 

The 10CrMo9-10 seamless steel tubes are specified in BS-EN10216-2 used for high temperature and high-pressure purpose, which are mainly used in pressure vessels and pipelines, such as power station boilers and steam boilers. The number 10 represents the average content of C, and the maximum temperature of 10CRMO9-10 can up to 580ºC. Grade 10CrMo9-10 tube is also specified in the standard DIN17175, 1.7380 is the EN numeric designation for this material.

EN 10216-2 10CrMo9-10 Seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes, The tubes are manufactured by a seamless process. Wall thickness(WT): 2.1mm--20 mm. Outer diameter (OD): 21 mm--509mm, length 5.8m,6m,11.8m or random on request.
Delivery Conditions
The tubes shall be supplied suitably heat treated over their entire length. The following heat treatment shall be used, depending on the type of steel:

• Normalizing
• Subcritical annealing
• Hardening and tempering with continuous cooling from the hardening temperature and subsequent tempering.
• Hardening and tempering with isothermal transformation.

Note:

• Mill test certificates will be issued according to EN10204.3
• The tubes Shall be Seamless cold drawn or hot rolled.

Protection and Packing:

• Packed in wooden box or bundles protected with plastic paper, and suitably protected for sea-worthily delivery or as requested.
• The tubes shall be delivered with a temporary corrosion protection. The type of protection shall be at the discretion of the manufacturer

Surface treatment:
Antirust oil-dip, Varnish, Passivation, Phosphating, Shot Blasting
