A105/A105N Carbon Steel Socket Weld Flange for Heavy-Duty Applications

Socket Weld Flanges were initially developed for use on small-size high pressure piping. The connection is made as the pipe sits inside of the cupped inlet or "Socket" of the flange. A fillet weld at the outside of the flange binds the two pieces and ensures a seal.
