2PE /3PE anti-corrosive steel pipe

2PE/3PE anti-corrosion structure: electrostatic spraying epoxy powder on the surface of the steel tube and side winding adhesive, side winding polyethylene anti-corrosion layer, combined with the three excellent performance, thus significantly improving the overall quality of the anti-corrosion pipeline.It is resistant to chemical corrosion, cathode stripping and mechanical damage.Epoxy coal tar pitch anticorrosive structure: The anticorrosive coating made of epoxy resin + coal tar pitch + filler is applied on the surface of the steel tube with glass cloth as the reinforcing coating to form an anticorrosive layer, which is often used for the anticorrosion of the outer wall of pipelines.

--First layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100 um)

--The second adhesive (AD) is 170 ~ 250um

--The third layer polyethylene (PE) is 1.8-3.7mm
